Smoothies are a pretty big necessity in our house. Every morning we mix one together for the kids to have for breakfast. Usually, we have a strawberry smoothie for breakfast, but you get sick of the same old thing everyday especially when you’ve been having it for a few years now!
Smoothies are just so easy to make and are perfect for on the go. When you have six mouths to feed in the morning it just makes for the perfect breakfast. So every once in awhile I decide to try and make a new smoothie and this pear smoothie was a huge hit! It’s light and has such a refreshing taste to it!
Ingredients:
- 1 Pear
- 1/2 Cup Liquid of choice ( half and half, milk, almond milk, etc.)
- 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
Throw everything into a blender and blend until well blended! You can adjust the ingredients until you get the consistency you like!
