Snack Attack!
PB+J Energy Bites
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter/Almond Butter
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoons Protein Powder (optional) I love to use Orgain Organic Protein powder/Chocolate
1 1/4 Cup Rolled Oats (GF)
1/4 Cup dried fruit/ We love Cranberries
2 1/2 Tablespoons Flaxseed meal
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
Combine everything in a bowl, mixing well! Roll into balls, about an inch, set on cookie sheet. Place in refrigerator for about an hour to set. Once set, place in a sealable container up to a week (If they even last that long!)
