Banana bread is one of my favorites. It’s a comfort food for me and always makes me feel warm inside! It reminds me of my grandma and my mother and sweet gatherings around the table! I love to make it now for my family and love that I have my grandmothers recipe to make it! I thought you might like to try it to so I’ve included our family recipe for you below! It’s quick, simple and delicious!
My Grandma’s Banana Bread
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 cup butter Softened
1 egg
2 cups flour
2tsp baking powder
3 bananas mashed
and if you’d like you can always add about 3/4 cup of chocolate chips
Cream first three ingredients, add bananas, add dry ingredients, spray pan, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
