You all know what a huge pet lover I am, so you can imagine my excitement when Purina contacted me to see if I would be interested in partnering with them to go visit and photograph some kitties at our local cat shelter to help spread some kitty love! I of course said yes and can’t wait to help these sweet kitty babies find forever homes! I will be visiting with them this week and getting to know them better, then I will share their stories and pictures right here with you, it’s going to be awesome and super cute too!
We adopted our kitty Chloe about 9 years ago right before my husband and I got married! She was a wonderful addition to our new family and new home! Now two kids and lots of pets later she is still with us and purring louder than ever! Chloe loves to cuddle on the couch and get belly rubs and even goes out for walks in the country with us and follows right along! Wherever we are, she is not far behind! Shelter kitties can make amazing pets and there are so many out there who need a home. I would love to encourage you to share a picture of your kitty and their rescue story on social media and hashtag it #MyRescueStory to help spread the word about how awesome shelter kitties can be. Let’s share the love and make June the biggest month yet for cat adoptions!
