You all know what a huge animal lover Miss Libby is! So you can imagine how happy she is to have all these baby chicks living in our house right now! Each day she asks if she can get them out to hold them, she and Noah name them and talk to them, and carry on little conversations with each other. It’s just the cutest!
These babies are silkie bantam chicks, and will stay pretty small, and easy to manage for the kids. They will be headed outside in just a few weeks, but by then it will be time for our ducklings to start hatching! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, spring is the best, filled with baby animals! We sure do love living on a little farm with all these babies!
