Delicious Raspberry Jam!

This is the perfect season for raspberries.  We picked some a few weeks ago, and made delicious jam when we got home.  It’s very easy and takes only about 10 minutes!  This jam tastes very fresh and has a delicious raspberry flavor because there is no added gelatin.

2 Cups Raspberries

2 Cups Sugar

Pour Raspberries into a saucepan on high heat.  Mash with a potato masher until raspberries come to a boil.  Pour sugar in and stir over high heat.  Cook down until the mixture begins to thicken.  Pour into glass jars and let cool.  Keeps well in the freezer!
