A great, easy recipe !
4 cups ziti pasta, uncooked
1 jar marinara sauce
1 can diced tomatoes drained
6 oz. cream cheese, cubed
3/4 cup sour cream
1 pkg mozzerella cheese
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 375. Cook pasta as directed on package. Remove from pan, drain. Meanwhile,add sauce tomatoes and cream cheese to the same pan. Cook on medium heat 5 min. Make sure mixture is well blended. Return pasta to pan, mix.
LAyer half the pasta mixture in a 13×9 pan cover with layers of sour cream, 1 cup mozzarella and remaining pasta mixture. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake 20 minutes. Enjoy!
