When we were at the beach this summer we tried açaí smoothie bowls for the first time and became addicted! They were so yummy and the exact change of pace we needed from our daily smoothies. I was determined to figure the best smoothie recipe out and tried a bunch of different ones. I wanted it thick enough but not to thick that it took forever to blend, I wanted it packed with protein because Finn is a growing boy and needs lots of protein and I of course wanted it to be delicious!
After several weeks of trying different things, we finally have it perfected, and we are all crazy about it but Finn is especially in love with it and always wants seconds! It’s a great way to start his day and keeps him full for a while! The vanilla protein powder I use in this is a favorite of mine! I have a 10% off if you use this link to snag it! I also love the chocolate brownie and the cookies and cream flavor too!!
Acai bowls are one of my favorite summer foods, but i have been addicted to them and have been making them all winter long for breakfast! They have become a staple in my house because of how easy they are to make. You can also change up the ingredients and toppings whenever you want. They are so versatile and yummy; you can’t beat that!
Açaí smoothie bowls have become increasingly popular in recent years, and for good reason. They’re not only delicious but also packed with nutrition. Açaí berries are a superfood that are rich in antioxidants, fiber, and healthy fats. They also contain high levels of vitamin C, calcium, and iron.
