Fruity Pebbles Popsicle Recipe

This is a popsicle definitely made for our kiddos! As adults, we weren’t crazy about this one, but it was super fun to make and the kids really enjoyed it. We wanted to make something that almost had the taste of a rice crispy treat, that is what inspired these popsicles. When making these if you don’t have the flavored syrup you can just use vanilla but I suggest adding a little sugar to the base to help sweeten it.

The kids loved these and they have a little fruity flavor from the fruity pebbles with a nice marshmallow tone as well. These would be super fun for a kid’s play date or just a special treat that is fun to make with the kids.

I did not freeze these between layers I just layered them up and the liquid just fills in between the fluff and the cereal. I hope your little ones enjoy these and you have so much fun making them! Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted marshmallow syrup (I use Monin from amazon)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Marshmallow fluff
  • Fruity pebbles

Instructions:

  1. Mix together milk, heavy cream, toasted marshmallow syrup, and vanilla extract. This will be your liquid base that you’ll use for layering.
  2. Start with a small amount of fruity pebbles in the bottom of the mold
  3. Pour in a layer of the liquid mixture, then add a small spoonful of fluff. The fluff is very sticky so I scooped it out with a small spoon and used a little spatula to press it down into the mold a bit.
  4. Then add another layer of fruity pebbles and your liquid mixture again and top it off with more fluff and fruity pebbles!
  5. Depending on the size of your mold you may have fewer or more layers.
  6. Enjoy!
