This frosting will make your cupcakes even better!
With beaters, mix 1/2 cup softened butter and 1 lb powdered sugar. Add 1 tsp vanilla and mix again. Add 2TB liquid (can be milk, cream, or even water) Keep adding liquid/sugar until you reach the desired consistency.
Divide into 3 bowls
1. leave this one plain
2. Add 2TB of strawberry jam (or any kind)
3. Add 2TB cocoa
With 3 cupcake flavors and 3 frosting flavors, the possibilities are endless!
