I’ve been on the hunt for a breakfast popsicle for a little while now. Who doesn’t love a little something sweet in the morning?! There are lots of yogurt popsicles out there, but I loved the idea of some layered ones that incorporated Nutella and granola! I don’t even have time to make yogurt parfaits but throwing together these popsicles was fun and now we can grab one anytime we want!!
These are perfect for the kids when they need a quick breakfast or when they are about to head out the door. The one thing I really like about these yogurt parfait popsicles is they are rather healthy. Every morning we usually have a smoothie and this is a great alternative. It has a nice crunch from the granola and a soft silky texture from the yogurt.
These are definitely one of my favorite popsicles I’ve made so far!! The combination of the different textures and flavors is so good! If you are a Nutella lover you will definitely enjoy these. I look forward to waking up during the summer months grabbing us all a yogurt parfait popsicle and heading out onto the porch to sit in the sun and enjoy our popsicle breakfast!!
I hope you enjoy this silky and crunchy yogurt parfait popsicle! The kids will love them and so will you! They are perfect for on the go or when you are looking for a healthy snack! Let us know what you think and tag us in your Instagram stories @livesweet and #livesweetrecipes

Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup half n half
- Hand full of berries of choice, I did strawberries and blueberries can be fresh or frozen
- About 1/2 cup of Nutella
- Granola of choice
Instructions
- Combine yogurt, half n half and berries in a blender and blend just until combined
- It’s time to start layering, I started with a little granola or the yogurt mixture first and then layered between the yogurt, granola, and Nutella until your popsicle mold is filled.
- Freeze for about six hours and enjoy!
