Tapioca pudding is oh so delicious, and is a simple dessert idea, especially if you have extra milk!
1/3 Cup Sugar
3 Tbspoons Minute Tapioca
1 3/4 Cups milk
1 egg well beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
MIX sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in a medium saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes.
Cook on medium heat stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a FULL boil. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Cool twenty minutes. Delicious served warm or cold!
