Maggie is the matriarch of our pet family! She is a fifteen-year-old Shih Tzu. She was my first pet as an adult. I got her when I was moving to Maryland for photography school and she has been with us ever since. Her journey started as my travel companion and our relationship grew into so much more, as it does with all of our sweetfluff loves!
We think Maggie is just the sweetest! She enjoys being around people of all ages and furry friends alike. She loves to see who’s coming to the door and happily greets everyone. Maggie has always loved to do her own thing, and still wanders around our property on a regular basis, taking herself on a walk and occasionally a furry friend or two joins her. She always enjoys new additions to the family whether it be large or small, human or animal. She especially loves a good cuddle session. We are overjoyed to be able to spend quality time with our Maggie girl!
Maggie is now deaf and almost completely blind, but that doesn’t stop her from enjoying life! She sleeps at the bottom of the bed every night and always sits under Claire’s high chair so she doesn’t miss the special snacks Claire throws down to her! Maggie is always the first to test out new pet beds and cozy blankets that come into the house by taking a good long nap on them! We don’t know how much time we have left with our sweet Maggie but you can be sure we will be loving on her as much as we can until then!
