Discovering the Artists behind handmade

Livesweet

We would like to introduce today’s artist Kyong Bell from The Sugar Stand ! Kyong’s little cake stands are just adorable! You know how much I love to throw parties and of course I love pretty little desserts and I am always looking for fun new ways to display them! The Sugar Stand has such adorable little cake stands to cuten up your dessert table! These are made of wood and painted adorable colors, I think they would also be perfect for tea parties with your little sweethearts because they seem nice and sturdy and not easily breakable! I can’t wait to use this little cake stand at our next Live Sweet party!!

What advice would you give someone just starting out selling handmade?: Check your shop often. Reply to your customers as quickly as possible. Don’t start out with too many items because having an Etsy shop can be more time consuming than you might expect.
About you and what you create: For my Etsy shop I create mini wooden cake stands and mini felt cakes and treats. They are fun and colorful and they make me really happy when I look at them because they remind me of my playful childhood.
