We decided to take a quick little getaway for the weekend just Fil, Noah and I. We wanted to mostly just relax and be together as life has been a quick moving blur lately filled with lots of good but crazy and busy for us lately. We were going to to go somewhere new but decided to head up to our favorite close getaway spot in Skaneateles NY. So Friday after work we went up to the Sherwood Inn and had ourselves a sweet little break. We did not do to much, mostly just hung out together. It was very nice and relaxing. We spent both evenings at the new playground right outside of town. This was the most amazing playground I have ever been to! The playground equipment was so fun for both kids and adults! We enjoyed lots of yummy food and sat down by the lake watching the ducks and Noah playing in the grass. Saturday morning we rented a canoe and took it out on the lake. It was beautiful out on the lake but required quite a bit more paddling than I had expected, Fil and I got our exercise out there and we all had a great time!
It was a great little refresher and now to get back to life and work, it’s a busy week with lots to accomplish!
