I am sure you have seen me mention how much Noah loves his baseball and so does my husband so while we were away on our yearly New England vacation we decided to take a detour on our way home and catch a Red Sox game! We all had a blast! This was actually a first for all three of us and we caught a great game. I like baseball but am not a huge sports fan and I even got into it. It was a close game the whole time and we won in the end with lots of high fives all around to all of Noah’s new friends he made in the stands.
We went early for batting practice and Noah got a game ball handed to him off the field, so that started the night out right! We did the famous foam finger, Noah shelled and ate his own bag of peanuts and I enjoyed my much loved cotton candy! We sat around some other fun Red Sox fans who all played with Noah throughout the whole game. We even met someone from Endicott, it’s a small world. We had taken the train into the city so after a long game ending around 10:30pm we rushed to the T and headed back to the car at 11:30 and then drove the long trip home arriving at 4:30am. It was exhausting but very fun and well worth it to get our little baseball fan to his first major league game before even turning three!
