I am writing on a bittersweet note today. My grandmother on my fathers side passed away this week. She had battled cancer on and off for the past ten years and it was finally time for her to leave us. We are so happy to know that she is in heaven and suffering no longer but will miss her very much as she was so special to our family and many more. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother & recently great-grandmother, I am so glad she got to meet and share sweet memories with our little Noah before leaving us. She loved to cook and bake and help care for her family. She loved making us our favorite treats and gathering us all around the table together. We always played games with her and enjoyed summer vacations at the beach which was her favorite!
As our family has been going through pictures of her and all of our family together I couldn’t help but be happy to see and think of all of the wonderful memories we shared! We are so lucky and blessed to have such a great family and have gotten to be with her so much.
I think pictures mean so much to so many people in all different ways and times in our lives but I just wanted to tell you all how honored I am that you have chosen me to help you capture images of your little ones and your families! I know it is just a simple thing but I hope they will all bring a smile to you when you need one as our family pictures have for us in this time of need.
