Grape Gelatin with Blueberries

1 envelope unflavored gelatin

1/4 cup cold water

1 cup white grape juice

2 cups fresh blueberries

In a large bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water.  Let stand about 5 minutes

In small saucepan, bring 1/4 cup water to boil over medium-high. Pour over gelatin mixture. Stir in grape juice.

Divide blueberries among four 6oz serving glasses. Pour in gelatin, and press blueberries in to submerge them completely.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour

This is a tasty summer treat, great for using up leftover blueberries!
