There are so many different cupcake liners that are just so cute out there! We decided to make a garland with them as part of the decoration for our festival but have been using it for other decorating too! All you need is a needle threaded with a twine or a thick string, and cupcake liners. String the needle through all of your liners and ta-da you’re done!
