My cousin Julie has been making this yummy dip for several years and I always have loved it. I started making it at some of our get togethers and it has been a huge hit so I wanted to share it with all of you. I made a few changes to the original recipe to make it even easier. If you dont like things to spicy you can always use less hot sauce. I hope you all enjoy it!
Here is my go to recipe for get togethers- Buffalo Chicken Dip. It is 1 serving I usually double it if I have more than 6-8 people.
1. 2 cans of canned chicken you can get this by the tuna in the grocery store
2. Cream cheese -1
3. Ranch sauce (this is about 1 cup equal parts cream cheese to ranch. I add until they blend into a semi formed liquid
4. Buffalo hot sauce- 1/2 a large bottle (or enough to coat all the chicken)
Directions:
1. Put drained chicken in bowl and coat with hot sauce
2. Add ranch sauce & soft cream cheese to chicken mixture. Mix around.
4. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes
We serve this with tortilla chips but it is also great with chunks of bread. I hope its a hit!
ENJOY!
