It’s so warm today that I had to repost this yummy and cool snack idea.
1/2 bar cream cheese
2 oz grated cheddar cheese
1 carrot, finely grated
Mix all these ingredients together and form into balls. Dip into with fresh veggies or crackers. This would be great this evening on the porch!
