Banana Muffins

These muffins are a great way to use bananas that are getting soft on your countertop. They are yummy right out of the oven but also freeze wonderful too!


  • 1 cup white flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 soft bananas
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

Preheat the oven to 375. Combine all dry ingredients. Add all liquid ingredients, along with mashed bananas.

Fill muffin tins 3/4 way full.

Bake for 20 minutes!
