These popsicles turned out so crazy cute! I was so excited to try and come up with a fun mermaid 
themed popsicle and I wanted to try a new flavor! I love lavender and honey together and this combination turned out so delicious! These are yummy for kids and adults and will look so fun and your next mermaid party or just for a special mermaid day with your kiddos!!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons lavender syrup
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Food coloring
Toppings:
- Pink, white and aqua chocolate melts
- Mermaid sprinkles (I ordered mermaid sweets indeed sprinklefetti from Amazon)
Directions:
- Whip the heavy cream until thick and set aside
- Stir together milk, lavender syrup, honey and food coloring until combined
- Then combine milk mixture with whipped cream.
- Pour popsicle mixture in to popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Once the popsicles are completely frozen melt your chocolate melts, I used white and added a handful of aqua to get the light blue and I melted light pink melts for the pink.
- Once your chocolate melts are completely melted put your popsicles on a baking tray and drizzle the popsicles with the melted chocolate and immediately sprinkle with mermaid sprinkles! (Itβs important to put the sprinkles on right away because the chocolate will harden right away on the frozen popsicles.)
- As soon as you are done drizzling with chocolate and sprinkles put popsicles back into freezer on baking tray so that everything freezes back up.
- After another hour they will be ready to serve!!
